Most AT&T designs reflect a busy design and a multitude of buttons. The EL52300 DECT 6.0 is actually a milder version. Some of the issues with the design can be difficulty in reading the characters from the brightly lit keypad and screen.

The biggest problem with this particular phone series is the battery. It does not affect everyone however, some people have complained of the batteries failing to charge completely or sometimes not at all. This package phone system does not come with extra batteries included. Another issue with the battery is the 7 hours of talk time, most phone systems average around 10 hours. There is only 5 hours of stand-by charge as well.
The phone does have some sweet features though, such as a variety of ring tone options, and the ability to transfer call between handsets. You can also conduct conference calls, call waiting and there are nine available speed dial settings. All three handsets share the same memory. There is also conferencing and speakerphone functions, which make this phone an excellent choice for businesses.
